When you add a group, one of two things happens, and which one decides how quickly your first lead arrives.
It goes live in a couple of minutes
We are already inside 2,503 Facebook groups. If yours is one of them, you add it and leads start arriving straight away. Most customers find that two or three of their groups are already covered.
You wait for a group admin to say yes
One of our accounts asks to join, and a real person decides whether to approve it. That usually takes 2-5 days, and once in a while they say no. You can see how many days a group has been waiting at any point, and that group is not on your bill until it is live.

The ones everybody asks
Do I have to be a member of the group myself?
No. We are the ones inside the group. You reply to the post from your own Facebook profile, the same as you do now.
What if a group admin never approves you?
We try again with a second account after 10 days. If you still have no live group after 14 days, we cancel the subscription and refund you automatically.
Will I be flooded with posts I do not care about?
Every post gets a relevance score from 0 to 100, and you set how high a post has to score before it reaches you. Too much noise, raise it. Too few leads, lower it and we show you what you missed in the last 30 days.
Can my colleague see the same leads?
Yes. When one of you marks a lead handled, their name shows on it, so two people never answer the same post.
